Our Location
At the heart of Lyall Bay the Junction is in a prime location between the beach, shops, cafe's and public amenities.
Public toilets are found at the Lyall Bay Surf club. A 10 minute walk along the beach front.
Popular shops near by; The Wearhouse, Briscoes, Bunnings, City Fitness, Parrot Dog, Maranui Cafe and of course the Wellington Airport.
Parking
Disabled car park is bay 1 and available for the public to use while at the Lyall Bay Junction.
All other car parks are privately owned by each unit. Some car parks are available for casual parking. You can find these using the KarPark app.
Casual & Monthly Parking
1. Download & register on the KarPark App
2. Select Lyall Bay Junction KarPark & Bay number
- Press START PARKING
3. To end the parking session- Press STOP PARKING

Our Future
In partnership with the Wellington City Council, Wellington Airport is proposing to rejuvenate four parcels of land along Lyall Bay Parade, extending from the Spruce Goose down to the Leonie Gill pathway. This includes the Huetepara Park area.
Key enhancements include toilet, shower, and changing room facilities, better pedestrian access for all beach users via boardwalks and ramps, play areas and viewing platforms, plantings, and much more.
